Marvin Bembry is a leadership coach, speaker, and author who brings a rare blend of corporate, nonprofit, and faith based leadership experience to his work with leaders and organizations. His professional background includes a successful corporate career with global organizations such as EDS, Abbott, and AbbVie, where he developed deep expertise in leadership.
Drawing on both boardroom experience and real world leadership challenges, Marvin helps leaders move beyond survival mode into sustainable, purpose driven performance. He is the author of multiple books, including Burn Bright, Not Out: A Step by Step Guide to Maintaining Passion and Energy in Your Professional Life. Marvin’s work focuses on leadership beyond title or position, exploring what it means to influence, inspire, and lead authentically even as roles change or evolve.
