About Us

For nearly 50 years, CYN Counseling Center has provided accessible, quality mental health services, with a focus on underserved and low-income communities across multiple counties. Founded in 1978, CYN has grown into a nonprofit mental health center offering a full spectrum of services, including counseling, school-based therapy, crisis intervention, case management, therapeutic mentoring, parenting support, community education, and the LifeSpan Employee Assistance Program. Our mission is to expand access to mental health care and reduce stigma, driven by our vision of a healthier, stronger community where all individuals are treated with dignity and receive the support needed to thrive.
