This event aims to honor the resilience and impact of those who may go unrecognized, but never unnoticed. Your contribution will help us fulfill our main purpose is to provide free, easily accessible educational resources and services to the community. This includes mentorship programs, encouragement of entrepreneurship, economic development initiatives, and unique offerings such as a gaming program and conversational Spanish learning courses, and more. These initiatives aim to foster community members' growth, learning, and opportunities. We are making strong efforts to reduce gun violence by actively intervening in the school-to-prison pipeline. By working with local schools, district leaders, and the youth system, we seek to break the cycle of violence at an early stage. Through mentorship, conflict resolution, and outreach programs, the goal is to prevent youth from becoming involved in criminal activities and, ultimately, reduce the prevalence of guns and violence in the community.

Dr. Darius D. Taylor, PHD, A North Chicago native is the founder of healing harvest strategies and a champion for equity and justice he empowers young people to activate their purpose and dreams despite societal obstacles and feelings of being unseen.
